Our dad has been dealing with a pretty severe hearing loss for years now. He has Humana insurance and he couldn't get a new hearing aid for at least 8 months. I sent my dad to Ben Jackson and he was tested and found his loss was badly mis-matched for the hearing aid fittings he had. Ben put him in a set of demo hearing aids and it changed my dad's life! He couldn't carry on conversations on the phone or in person without lots of struggling before seeing Ben. We just can't say enough great things about him.
I’ve needed hearing aids for at least 10 years. I didn’t want to dump a bunch of money into them so I kept putting it off. The exam was very quick and Benjamin explained everything very thoroughly. I left there with a demo pair until mine came in. Instantly I was hearing things I didn’t know even existed. I’m going on two weeks with them and my ringing is gone and I don’t avoid conversations or TV any more. I should have gotten them years ago. I highly recommend Benjamin at Hear Rite!
