I can't tell you how much we appreciate Ben Jackson. Our dad has been dealing with a pretty severe hearing loss for years now. He has Humana insurance and he couldn't get a new hearing aid for at least 8 months. Our dad is getting older and the inability to hear was very frustrating to him. The people he had been dealing with offered him very little help. I met Ben some time back and he always seemed like a genuinely caring person. I sent my dad to Ben Jackson and he was tested and found his loss was badly mis-matched for the hearing aid fittings he had. Ben put him in a set of demo hearing aids and it changed my dad's life! He couldn't carry on conversations on the phone or in person without lots of struggling before seeing Ben. We just can't say enough great things about him. My mom is retired from the hearing aid profession and said that Ben is SO WONDERFUL!!! She couldn't believe how great and professional he is. Thank you Ben

I’ve needed hearing aids for at least 10 years. I didn’t want to dump a bunch of money into them so I kept putting it off. The exam was very quick and Benjamin explained everything very thoroughly. I left there with a demo pair until mine came in. Instantly I was hearing things I didn’t know even existed. I’m going on two weeks with them and my ringing is gone and I don’t avoid conversations or TV any more. I should have gotten them years ago. I highly recommend Benjamin at Hear Rite!

Wow is all I can say! Benjamin helped my wife who has Meniers with her hearing, tinnitus, and over all a better quality of life! I wish we would of came and seem him 10 years ago. What a great facility and has the best interest of the patient. We visited the 2 other places and it seemed like we were inconvenience almost.. This is the only place to come for hearing needs. He lets you try them and see what the differences are.. Highly recommend! Thank you sir!

Ben has taking care of my hearing for over 10 years now. Wherever he goes, I will follow. He explains all of your options to you. Checks to see how much insurance will pay. Very helpful and never pushy, helps you make the right decision for you. I broke a speaker off of my first pair and went in for a repair. Mine were a little dated but worked fine. He showed me Oticon and the conveniences that came with them. I donated my pair to him and got a great new Oticon pair with Bluetooth. Love them! You miss alot when you cannot hear a grandchild's voice. Ben will help you make the right choice for you and your hearing so you are still in the conversations 💜

I recently had to replace my hearing aids- did a search of best hearing aids and found that Oticon was highest rated in all ten categories. Called to check prices with several companies that told me that they run about $7000. Then called Ben and went in for a test and got my Oticon hearing aids for $2,800 - I have never heard music to the depth and clarity that I’m hearing now. My wife and I are traveling from DFW to northern NM. Stopped in Amarillo for the night and when I got up this morning I discovered that the microphone tubing that goes from the hearing aid to your ear was broken!!! I can't hear a thing without my hearing aids! My wife searched and located Hear Rite and we called and asked if they could possibly perform "emergency surgery"!!??? They told us to come on in and they'd see what they could do. We stopped by and within five minutes we were good to go! They installed new microphone tubing and my hearing aids were working again! And they performed it for free! Such a blessing and they were so polite and helpful. If you need ANYTHING hearing related, stop what you're doing and immediately call Hear Rite today! This is the place for best audio service. You get tested for your level of hearing, get the best hearing aids that help you hear the best. I have blue tooth in my hearing aids, works great. You can listen to radio or tv and hear phone conservation at the same time that is great.
